All About myVBMA

myVBMA is the national VBMA registration and tracking system that simplifies the RSVP and check in process. It is your central hub for all meeting and credit related information. You can view the meetings you have signed up for and attended, how many credits you have in each category, and more!

How to RSVP 

How to Register

  1. Go to:  https://www.myvbma.biz/

  2. Select “Sign Up”

  3. Select Region: North Central

  4. Select Region Chapter: University of Minnesota

  5. Use your umn.edu email as primary and a personal email (not umn; cannot be the same as school email) as secondary. Save your login information!

  6. You must then confirm you email address; the confirmation email will likely be found in your UMN email spam folder! If you can’t find it in your primary email inbox then please look in your secondary email inbox and spam folder.

  7. Once confirmed in the email; go back to https://www.myvbma.biz/ to log in using umn email.

  8. Once logged in, you can see all the events we’ve created for you to enjoy and your attendance record!

  1. Go to:  https://www.myvbma.biz/

  2. Log in using your umn.edu credentials

  3. On the main page, select “Record Attendance”

  4. Pick a meeting you would like to attend and RSVP by clicking “Attend”

  5. You can view the meetings your RSVP’d for by selecting “View Records”

  6. If you cannot attend, you do not need to do anything for the meeting.

  7. You CANNOT change your RSVP once you click ATTEND on the website. Please email mnvbma@gmail.com as soon as you know you are unable to attend, ideally 24 hours in advance.
